1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Restriction

By accessing or using Digital Horcrux ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be terminated immediately.

2. Credits and Usage

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when utilizing our AI engines (e.g., Web Architect). Credits do not roll over indefinitely and are subject to the terms of your specific subscription tier.

3. Refund Policy & AI Failures

Due to the unpredictable nature of generative AI, occasional generation failures may occur. Our system is designed to automatically refund your credits if a task completely fails or crashes. However, we do not offer cash refunds for completed generations that you subjectively dislike. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, highly explicit, or maliciously deceptive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or attempt to abuse our API endpoints.

5. Intellectual Property & Generated Sites

You retain all rights to the content you generate using Digital Horcrux. We claim no ownership over the websites produced by your account. However, you are solely responsible for the legal compliance, terms, and privacy policies of any websites you generate and deploy using our platform. Digital Horcrux is not liable for any legal, copyright, or data protection violations occurring on user-generated websites.
